摘 要:针对常规打磨和快速打磨引起的问题,结合钢轨母材百米周期性不平顺的实际情况,系统地分析了常规打磨和快速打磨的优缺点;根据常规打磨和快速打磨的技术特点,提出了常规打磨和快速打磨综合运用的打磨策略,并开展了打磨实践应用。结果表明:采用常规打磨+快速打磨的打磨策略进行钢轨预打磨作业,既可以优化轨头廓形,改善轮轨匹配关系,又可以提高线路平顺性,降低线路轨道质量指数,避免出现常规打磨引起弹条扣件断裂和快速打磨引起动车组异常振动的情况;采用快速打磨和常规打磨相结合贯通打磨为主、小型打磨机具局部打磨为辅的打磨策略进行钢轨预防性打磨作业,可以有效解决钢轨母材百米周期性不平顺的问题,确保钢轨打磨廓形满足目标廓形要求,保证良好的轮轨接触关系,提高动车组的运行品质。In response to the problems caused by conventional grinding and rapid grinding,as well as the periodic irregularity of the rail base material at 100 m,the advantages and disadvantages of conventional grinding and rapid grinding were systematically analyzed.Based on the technical characteristics of conventional grinding and rapid grinding,a grinding strategy for the comprehensive application of conventional grinding and rapid grinding was proposed,and practical applications of grinding were carried out.The results show that using a conventional grinding+rapid grinding strategy for rail preventive grinding operation can not only optimize the rail head profile and improve the wheel-rail matching relationship,but also improve the smoothness of the track,reduce the quality index of the track,and avoid situations that conventional grinding causes fracture of the elastic strip fasteners and rapid grinding causes abnormal vibration of the high speed train unit.The preventive grinding operation of rails is mainly carried out by combining fast grinding and conventional grinding,with small grinding machines as auxiliary for local grinding.This strategy can effectively solve the problem of periodic irregularity of the rail base material at 100 m,ensure that the rail grinding profile meets the target profile requirements,ensure good wheel-rail contact relationship,and improve the operational quality of the high speed train unit.
