长江海事违法行为远程处理系统运行分析

摘　　要：长江海事局研发并推行了长江海事违法行为远程处理系统。针对该远程处理系统实际运行的现状与效果,分析了系统运行存在的问题和不足,提出了系统完善优化的建议。Changjiang Maritime Safety Administration has developed a system for remote maritime violation processing.In view of the existing conditions and the effectiveness of the system,the paper studies the problems and inadequacies of the system and puts forward suggestions for the optimization of the system.
