摘　　要：基于危化品水上运输和海事监管现状,从分析“人员、船舶、内部管理、外部监管”四大影响因素出发,构建了危化品航运公司安全诚信等级指标体系,选取了江苏辖区83家危化品航运公司,运用指标评价体系开展了安全诚信等级评定,并结合危化品航运公司安全诚信等级标识,提出危化品航运公司精准安全管理的具体措施。Based on the current situation of the maritime transport of hazardous chemicals and maritime supervision and from the perspective of analyzing the four major influencing factors of personnel,ship,internal management and external supervision,a safety credit level index system for hazardous chemical shipping companies has been constructed,83 hazardous chemical shipping companies in Jiangsu have been selected,and safety credit level assessment has been conducted by virtue of the index evaluation system.In addition,the paper puts forward specific measures for accurate safety management of dangerous goods shipping companies in view of the safety credit rating of dangerous goods shipping companies.
