摘 要:基于环境司法的专门性优势,环境法庭建设在国内外的理论与实践探索中越来越引起人们的重视。然而,我国环境法庭的建设尚需解决人员与安排的内部缺陷、法庭间协调不足、同关联机构缺少对接等实际问题。相关部门需要在环境法庭的建设实践中坚持专门化、一体化与环保化的改革方向,做到以人才培养与部署优化提升司法专门化的程度,在裁判机制中确立修复环境的根本宗旨,并应用一体化联系理念,做好审理、管辖体制及机构对接的改革工作。Based on the advantage of specialization in the process of environmental justice,envi-ronmental tribunal has the full potential of development in theory and practice.However,China’s progress of the construction of the environmental tribunal still needs to solve the internal defects of personnel and arrangement,the lack of coordination between the tribunals and docking with re-lated agencies.The relevant departments should,in the context of the construction of environmen-tal tribunals,adhere to the reform direction of specialization,integration and environmental protec-tion,optimize the degree of judicial specialization through personnel training and deployment opti-mizing,and establish the fundamental purpose of environmental restoration in the adjudication mechanism,and with the aid of integration and linkage concept,do a good job in judicial and reg-ulatory system and institutional docking reform.
