摘 要:铝合金具有质轻、强度高、耐腐蚀等优点,用其制成的超大型薄壁筒形件在航空航天行业应用广泛。航天超大型铝合金薄壁筒形件目前采用拼焊的工艺,存在强度低、工作可靠性差、重量大、生产效率低等不足,为此提出采用整体厚壁环形件为原料,使用对轮强力旋压工艺。为了研究利用对轮强力旋压工艺完成对超大型铝合金筒形件的减薄过程,采用有限元的方法分析了单一道次减薄率、坯料旋转速度、旋轮径向进给速度对坯料减薄后的圆度、减薄效果、坯料应力分布以及旋压过程中旋轮受到的反力的影响。结果显示:当减薄率在40%~50%、坯料转速在6~10 m/s、旋轮径向进给速度为0.1 mm/s时,成形件成形质量较好,而在0.1~1 mm/s的范围内提高旋轮径向进给速度时,可以有效提高生产效率,并且成形质量受影响较小。Aluminum alloy has the advantages of light weight,high strength,corrosion resistance,etc.,and the ultra-large thin-walled cylinder made of aluminum alloy are widely used in the aerospace industry.At present,these cylindrical parts are welded using splicing process,so it is low strength,poor working reliability,heavy weight and low production efficiency.Based on which this pape proposes to take the whole thick-walled annular parts as raw material and use opposite roller power spinning process.In order to study the thinning process of super-large aluminum alloy cylinder by using the power spinning process,the effect of single pass thinning rate,billet rotation speed and radial feed speed of spinning wheel on the roundness of the billet after thinning,thinning effect,stress distribution of the billet and the reaction force on the spinning wheel during the spinning process was analyzed by the finite element method.The finite element method was used to analyze the effects of single pass thinning rate,billet rotation speed,and radial feed rate of the spinning wheel on the roundness of the billet after thinning,thinning effect,billet stress distribution,and the reaction force on the spinning wheel during the spinning process.The results show that when the thinning rate is 40%~50%,the billet rotation speed is 6~10 m/s,and the radial feed speed of the spin wheel is 0.1 mm/s,the forming quality of the formed parts is better,and when the radial feed speed of the spin wheel is increased in the range of 0.1~1 mm/s,the production efficiency could be improved effectively and the forming quality is less affected.
