摘 要:对2205双相不锈钢施加不同的固溶温度进行热处理,研究其在不同环境介质中的摩擦磨损性能。通过对磨损表面的观察,分析了不同环境介质与固溶温度对2205双相不锈钢磨损机制、磨损体积与摩擦系数的影响。研究结果表明,在干摩擦条件下,磨损机制包括黏着、磨粒和疲劳磨损,磨损体积与固溶温度呈正相关,即随着固溶温度的升高,磨损体积也增加。最大磨损体积出现在1120℃,而最小磨损体积出现在1000℃,表明了最轻的表面损伤和最佳的耐磨性。在3.5%NaCl溶液和去离子水中实现最小磨损体积的最佳固溶温度分别是1000℃和1160℃。在去离子水中,磨损机制包括黏着、轻微磨粒和疲劳磨损。在NaCl溶液中,主要的磨损机制是黏着磨损和腐蚀磨损,并伴随轻微的磨粒磨损和疲劳磨损。The friction and wear performance of 2205 duplex stainless steel under different solid solution temperatures in different environmental media were investigated.By observing the worn surface,the effects of different environmental media and solid solution temperatures on the wear mechanism,wear volume,and friction coefficient of 2205 duplex stainless steel were analyzed.The results showed that under dry friction conditions,the wear mechanism included adhesion,abrasion,and fatigue wear.The wear volume was positively correlated with the solid solution temperature,this means that the wear volume increases with the solid solution temperature increases.The maximum wear volume occurred at 1120℃,while the minimum wear volume occurred at 1000℃,it indicates the lightest surface damage and optimal wear resistance.The optimal solid solution temperatures for achieving the minimum wear volume in 3.5%NaCl solution and deionized water were 1000℃and 1160℃respectively.In deionized water,the wear mechanism included adhesion,slight abrasion,and fatigue wear.In NaCl solution,the main wear mechanisms were adhesive wear and corrosion wear,accompanied by slight abrasion and fatigue wear.
