摘 要:针对兆瓦级风力发电机偏航制动器在低速、重载工况下出现摩擦尖叫的现象,本文利用声学仿真方法模拟偏航摩擦片在制动工况下的声学辐射特性,采用正交试验法,通过直观分析与方差分析研究偏航压力、偏航速度、摩擦系数对摩擦片总声压的影响。结果表明偏航制动系统2 m处的总声压随着偏航速度的增大而增大,偏航制动器垂直方向的辐射声压比水平方向的大;在频域范围内1375 Hz附近的声压最大,3000~5000 Hz存在连续高声压;偏航速度对偏航制动系统的总声压影响最大,偏航压力的影响次之,摩擦系数的影响最小;通过合理选择偏航运行工况,可以降低偏航制动系统的总声压,从而达到减小噪音的目的,进而为偏航制动器的设计提供理论指导和数据参考。For megawatt wind turbine yaw brake in low-speed,overloaded conditions appear screaming friction phenomenon,this paper,by using acoustic simulation method,simulates the acoustic radiation characteristics of yaw friction plate under braking conditions,and using orthogonal test method,through the intuitive analysis and variance analysis,studies the influence of yaw pressure,yaw velocity,friction coefficient on the total sound pressure of friction plate.The results show that the total sound pressure at 2 m of the yaw brake system increases with the increase of yaw speed,and the radiating sound pressure in the vertical direction of the yaw brake is larger than that in the horizontal direction.In the frequency domain,the sound pressure near 1375 Hz is the maximum,and there is continuous high sound pressure from 3000 to 5000 Hz.The yaw speed has the greatest influence on the total sound pressure of the yaw braking system,followed by the yaw pressure and the friction coefficient.The total sound pressure of the yaw brake system can be reduced by rationally choosing the yaw operating condition,so as to achieve the purpose of noise reduction,and then provide theoretical guidance and data reference for the design of the yaw brake.
