摘 要:随着风电机组朝着大兆瓦机型、深海风电场发展,滑动轴承在风电齿轮箱中相比滚动轴承具有更大的优势,风电轴承的“滚滑替代”成为风电行业面临的一项新挑战。本文采用CFD仿真方法,对某大兆瓦风电齿轮箱一级行星轮滑动轴承的油膜承载特性进行仿真模拟。研究了滑动轴承油膜的压力分布,并积分计算了油膜的承载能力,获得了进油压力及轴承转速对风电齿轮箱一级行星齿轮滑动轴承油膜承载能力的影响规律。研究结果表明:进油压力对油膜压力及承载力的最大值影响为0.2%,轴承转速对油膜压力及承载力的最大值影响为20%,油膜压力及承载力对轴承转速相比进油压力的敏感性更加明显,为风电齿轮箱行星齿轮滑动轴承的设计计算提供了参考依据。With the development of wind turbines towards large megawatt models and deep-sea wind farms,sliding bearings have greater advantages than rolling bearings in wind turbine gearboxes,and the“roll-slip replacement”of wind turbine bearings has become a new challenge faced by the wind power industry.In this paper,the CFD simulation method is used to simulate the oil film bearing characteristics of the first-stage planetary gear sliding bearing for a large megawatt wind turbine gearbox.The pressure distribution of the sliding bearing oil film was studied,the bearing capacity of the oil film was calculated by integration,and the influence law of oil inlet pressure and bearing speed on the oil film bearing capacity of the first-class planetary gear sliding bearing for the wind turbine gearbox was obtained.The results show that the influence of oil inlet pressure on the maximum of oil film pressure and bearing capacity is 0.2%,the maximum value of the influence of bearing speed on oil film pressure and bearing capacity is 20%,so the sensitivity of oil film pressure and bearing capacity to bearing speed is more obvious than that of oil inlet pressure,which provides a reference for the design and calculation of planetary gear sliding bearings for wind turbine gearboxes.
