摘　　要：为探讨基于“互联网+”的延续性护理模式对低位直肠癌保肛术后患者肠道症状及生活质量的影响,选取2021年5月—2022年5月茂名市人民医院收治的60例行低位直肠癌保肛术的患者为研究对象,按照随机抽签法将患者分为对照组30例(予以常规护理)和研究组30例(加以基于“互联网+”的延续性护理)。对比两组患者自我护理能力、肠道症状以及生活质量。结果显示,干预后,两组患者自我护理能力、肠道症状、生活质量指标均优于干预前,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,基于“互联网+”的延续性护理模式应用于低位直肠癌保肛术后患者中可增强患者自我护理能力,促进患者肠道功能改善,提高患者生活质量。In order to explore the impact of the continuous nursing mode based on"internet plus"on the intestinal symptoms and quality of life of patients with low rectal cancer after anus preserving surgery,60 patients with low rectal cancer who were treated in Maoming People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the method of random drawing,the patients were divided into a control group of 30 cases(for routine nursing)and a research group of 30 cases(for continuous nursing based on"Internet plus").Compare the self-care ability,intestinal symptoms,and quality of life of two groups of patients.The results showed that after intervention,the self-care ability,intestinal symptoms,and quality of life indicators of the two groups of patients were better than before intervention,and the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The study found that the application of the continuous nursing mode based on"Internet plus"in patients with low rectal cancer after anus preserving surgery can enhance the patient’s self-care ability,promote the improvement of patients'intestinal function,and improve patients'quality of life.
