振荡中医结合外用爱宝疗浓缩液治疗外阴营养不良增生型患者的临床分析

摘　　要：为提高女性患者的生活质量,对外阴营养不良增生型患者的治疗方案展开研究。选取吉林省德惠市胜利社区卫生服务中心2020年1月1日—2023年4月30日期间接收的70例门诊外阴营养不良增生型患者为研究对象,将其随机纳入对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规西药治疗方案,观察组采用振荡中医结合外用爱宝疗浓缩液的治疗方案,对比两组患者的疗效、中医证候积分等。结果显示,治疗前两组患者的中医证候积分对比无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组疗效显著高于对照组,中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05),组间差异显著,具有统计学意义。研究发现,中西医联合方案对治疗外阴营养不良增生型患者具有较为理想的效果,对外阴营养不良增生型患者的治疗宜采用联合方案,该方案效果确切,可推广使用。To study the treatment plan for vulvar malnutrition and hyperplasia,in order to improve the quality of life of female patients.Therefore,it is necessary to study an effective treatment plan.Based on my years of clinical practice,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine has achieved ideal results in the treatment of vulvar malnutrition and hyperplasia.Method:In response to research needs,70 outpatient patients with vulvar dystrophy and hyperplasia who were admitted to our hospital between January 1,2021 and March 30,2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the observation group received a combination of oscillating traditional Chinese medicine and topical Aibaozhi concentrated solution treatment;Compare the effcacy and TCM symptom scores of the two groups of patients.Result:There was no significant difference in the TCM symptom scores between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),with significant differences between the groups and statistical significance.Conclusion:The treatment of patients with vulvar malnutrition and hyperplasia should adopt a combined plan,which has a definite effect and can be promoted for use.
