全程无陪护模式在学龄前儿童肺功能检查中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：分析将全程无陪护模式应用于学龄前儿童肺功能检查期间的作用价值。选取2021年1月—2022年1月滨州医学院附属医院儿童呼吸科64例接受肺功能检查的学龄前儿童作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各32例。对照组实施常规指导模式,观察组实施全程无陪护模式,对比两组儿童家长护理满意度、儿童检查配合度、检查完成率以及检查时间、生活质量改善情况。结果显示,观察组儿童检查配合度、检查完成率均高于对照组(P<0.05),检查时间短于对照组(P<0.05),家长护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),儿童生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,全程无陪护模式应用于学龄前儿童肺功能检查中的效果显著,不仅能提升儿童检查配合度、检查完成率,还能缩短检查时间,家长满意度较高,建议广泛应用。Analyze the value of applying the whole process without accompanying mode during the pulmonary function examination of preschool children.A total of 64 preschool children who underwent lung function examinations in the Department of Pediatric Respiratory Medicine of Binzhou Medical University Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group implemented a routine guidance mode,while the observation group implemented a complete absence of accompanying mode.The satisfaction of parents with nursing care,cooperation with child examinations,completion rate of examinations,examination time,and improvement in quality of life was compared between the two groups.The results showed that the observation group had higher levels of cooperation and completion rate in the examination compared to the control group(P<0.05),shorter examination time compared to the control group(P<0.05),higher satisfaction with parental care compared to the control group(P<0.05),and higher quality of life scores for children compared to the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the application of the whole process without accompanying mode in the pulmonary function examination of preschool children has a significant effect.It can not only improve the cooperation and completion rate of children’s examination,but also shorten the examination time.Parents have high satisfaction,and it is recommended to widely apply it.
