摘 要:探讨小儿呼吸系统感染氧气驱动雾化吸入的效果及护理。选取毕节市第一人民医院2021年6月—2022年6月期间收治的呼吸系统感染患儿60例,将其随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各30例,对照组采用常规治疗及常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用氧气驱动雾化吸入及更优质护理。研究组患儿的临床疗效、血清CRP指标、临床症状消失时间(咳嗽消失时间、喘息消失时间、肺啰音消失时间)以及住院时间、不良反应发生情况(呼吸困难、胸闷、烦躁)均优于对照组。研究发现,小儿呼吸系统感染采用氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗效果更佳,患儿临床症状以及感染情况得到显著改善,且治疗副作用较少,值得临床推广和运用。Explore the effect and nursing care of oxygen driven nebulization inhalation in children with respiratory system infections.Sixty children with respiratory system infections admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Bijie City from June 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment and care,while the study group received oxygen driven nebulization inhalation and better quality care on the basis of the control group.The clinical effcacy,serum CRP indicators,clinical symptom disappearance time(cough disappearance time,wheezing disappearance time,lung rale disappearance time),hospitalization time,and incidence of adverse reactions(dyspnea,chest tightness,and irritability)of the study group were all better than those of the control group.Research has found that the use of oxygen driven atomization inhalation for the treatment of respiratory system infections in children is more effective,and the clinical symptoms and infection situation of children have been significantly improved,with fewer side effects.It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
