双筒永磁调速器在磨煤机本质安全化方面的应用

摘　　要：本文通过对青岛特钢三台磨煤机中使用永磁调速器进行安全节能改造,实现了设备运行的可靠稳定和高效节能,大大改善了磨煤机的操作性能,提高了磨煤机在运行维护等环节的安全性,达到操作管理过程本质安全化的要求。Through the safety and energy-saving transformation of the adjustable permanent magnetic drive used in the three coal mills of Qingdao Special Iron and Steel,the efficient and stable operation of the equipment has been realized,the operation performance of the coal mill has been greatly improved,the safety of the coal millin the operation and maintenance has been improved so that the requirement of inherent safety of the operation and management process has been met.
