摘　　要：阐述了热轧带钢平整分卷机组设备诊断技术应用情况。针对卷取机的振动问题,通过周期性振动监测,分析其振动频谱,发现了轴承存在的问题,更换轴承后解决了振动问题。针对主电机移位和联轴器振动超标的问题,对主传动进行了对中诊断,通过重新调整对中精度解决了问题。对设备的安装精度进行测量,发现部分精度超出范围,通过调整解决了设备的安装精度问题。设备故障诊断技术的应用,保障了设备的稳定运行,提高了产品质量、降低了能耗。This paper expounds the application of equipment diagnosis technology for hot strip skin pass mill and recoiler in hot rolling mill.In view of the vibration problem of the coiler,through periodic vibration monitoring,the vibration spectrum is analyzed,and the problems existing on the bearing are found,and the vibration problem is solved after replacing the bearing.In view of the problem of main motor displacement and excessive coupling vibration,centering diagnosis of main drive is carried out,and the problem is solved by readjusting centering accuracy.The installation accuracy of the equipment is measured,and it is found that some of the accuracy is out of range,and the installation accuracy problem of the equipment is solved by adjustment.The application of equipment failure diagnosis technology ensures the stable operation of equipment,improves product quality and reduces energyconsumption.
