摘　　要：450t吊车在炼钢生产环节中起着至关重要的作用,吊钩滑轮组在使用过程中由于润滑不当易发生轴承损坏故障,影响吊车的正常运行。本文对于滑轮组的润滑方式,从日常维护保养、定修、装配及结构设计等方面提出优化改进方案,以改善滑轮组的润滑效果。The 450 t crane plays a vital role in the steel-making production process.The bearing of pulley block of lifting hook is easily get damaged due to improper lubrication,which affects the normal operation of the crane.This paper proposes an optimization and improvement scheme for the lubrication method of pulley block from the aspects of daily maintenance,scheduled overhaul,assembly and structural design to improve the lubrication effect of the pulley block.
