摘　　要：介绍了马钢股份冷轧厂连退机组采用创新性方法对退火炉加热段炉内衬板进行更换的实施方案。采用该方案进行炉内衬板更换作业,总工期时长约为以往工期的一半,且不用大量拆除辐射管,避免了大量的焊接作业,节省了大量人力、物力资源。The implementation plan of replacing the inner lining plate of the heating section of the annealing furnace was introduced.The total construction period takes about half of the previous construction period,and there is no need to remove a large number of radiant tubes,which avoids a large number of welding operations and saves a lot of manpower and material resources.
