摘　　要：本文针对焦化行业中凝结水箱内壁防腐层容易脱落的问题,从多方面进行分析,并提出了解决方案。主要原因为:防腐涂层与凝结水温度不匹配,未考虑凝结水过热度,水箱局部温度高等。提出的解决方案有:选用合适的涂料,降低凝结水温度,采用特殊管道结构,正确依据施工规范及验收规范等。In view of the problem that the anti-corrosive coating on the inner wall of the condensate tank is casy to peel off in thc coking plant,the analysis is carried out from many aspects,and the solution is proposed.The mnin causes are:thc anti-corrosive coating does not match the temperature of the condensate water,the superheat of the condensate water and the high local temperature of the water tank are not considered The proposed solutions are:selecting suitable coatings,decreasing the temperature of condensate water,adopting special pipe structures,and correctly following the construction specifications and acceptance specifications.
