社区卫生服务机构加强寒地养生文化传播的路径优化策略

摘　　要：寒地养生文化是中医药文化的重要组成部分,是基于“因地制宜”养生原则在中医养生学基础上衍生出的突出地域及气候特点的养生文化。社区卫生服务机构是居民健康的守门人,应成为寒地养生文化传播的主要阵地之一。目前社区卫生服务机构在寒地养生文化传播中存在中医药服务体系不完善、传播模式滞后、跨学科交叉人才缺乏及医联体作用发挥不充分等困境,应完善社区寒地特色中医药服务体系、推进社区寒地养生文化数字化传播进程、培养社区寒地养生文化传播跨学科交叉人才、发挥医联体在寒地养生文化传播中的作用,这对于优化社区卫生服务机构寒地养生文化的传播路径,促进其广泛、精准、高效传播具有重要意义。Health preservation culture of cold regions is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)culture in Northeast China.It accords with characteristics of regions and climate,which base on the health preservation principles of"adjusting measures to local conditions".Community health institutions and other grass-roots medical institutions are health gatekeepers for people.They undertake the screening,prevention and control of common and chronic diseases,which should become one of the main institutions for the dissemination of health preservation culture in cold regions.At present,there are dilemmas in the dissemination of health preservation culture in community health institutions of cold regions,such as imperfect TCM service systems,lagging dissemination mode,lack of interdisciplinary talents and ineffectiveness of medical consortium.Community health institutions should improve the TCM service system of cold areas,promote the digitization of community health preservation culture of cold regions,cultivate interdisciplinary talents in the dissemination of health preservation culture in cold regions,and promote the functions of Medical Alliance in the dissemination of health preservation culture in cold regions,which is of great significance to optimize the dissemination paths of health preservation culture in cold regions.So that health preservation culture in cold regions can be wider,more accurate and efficient.
