摘　　要：目的探讨新冠疫情期间负性生活事件与城镇居民亚健康的关系及健康相关行为的中介效应,为提高居民健康水平提供科学依据。方法采用便利抽样的方法,应用健康相关行为调查表、负性生活事件调查表和亚健康评定量表,对湖北省十堰市1103名城镇居民进行问卷调查。采用结构方程模型分析健康相关行为在负性生活事件与亚健康关系中的中介效应。结果新冠疫情期间城镇居民亚健康总分为(68.13±18.43)分,亚健康检出率为62.8%;有不同负性生活事件经历、健康相关行为的城镇居民亚健康得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);健康相关行为在负性生活事件和亚健康关系间的中介效应为-0.086。结论健康相关行为在负性生活事件与亚健康间起中介效应,应开展居民健康促进干预行动,改善居民行为生活方式。Objective To explore the association of negative life events and sub-health of urban residents,and the mediating effect of health-related behaviors between them during COVID-19,so as to provide scientific basis for further improving health of residents.Methods 1103 urban residents in Shiyan city,Hubei Province were surveyed by convenience sampling,using health related behavior questionnaire,negative life events questionnaire and sub-health rating Scale(SHMSV1.0).Structural equation model was used to analyze the mediating effect of negative life events and sub-health.Results The total sub-health score of urban residents was(68.13±18.43),and the rate of sub-health was 62.83%during the COVID-19.The sub-health scores of urban residents with different negative life events and health-related behaviors were significantly different.The mediating effect of health-related behaviors between negative events and sub-health was-0.086.Conclusion The health-related behaviors have partial mediating effects between negative events and sub-health.Therefore,targeted health promotion interventions should be carried out to help improve residents'behaviors and lifestyles.
