摘 要:经过30年的发展,我国构建了系统完备的公务员考核制度体系,并在制度实施方面取得显著成就。公务员考核工作持续高位推进,考核主体设置和责任划分不断清晰,制度内容密切回应实践需要,考核相关权利的救济路径不断明确。面向未来,公务员考核制度的发展将在“以人为本”考核理念的指引下,由专业且多元的考核主体具体实施,借助技术手段,以政治素质考核为重点,更好地发挥制度的功效。After 30 years of development,China has established a comprehensive and systematic civil servant assessment system,and has made signifi cant achievements in the implementation of the system.The assessment of civil servants continues to be promoted at a high level.The setting of assessment subjects and division of responsibilities become increasingly clear.The content of the system closely responds to practical needs.The relief path for assessment related rights is constantly clarified.Facing the future,the development of the civil servant assessment system will be guided by the“people-oriented”assessment concept,be implemented by professional and diverse assessment subjects,and highlight the focus on political quality assessment with the help of technical means,to better exert the eff ectiveness of the system.
