摘 要:本研究利用智能语音技术构建智能语音外呼系统,以提高门诊检验危急值通知时效。依托智能语音外呼系统与医院信息系统、实验室信息系统的对接,实现门诊检验危急值通知的闭环管理。系统应用后,规范了门诊检验危急值通知流程,平均通知时间由每例2分钟缩减至30秒,总体通知完成率达到81.57%。该系统可减少医务人员危急值通知工作量,节约医院人力成本,提高通知效率;同时,通过系统数据传输,还可有效避免信息传递错误,提高门诊医疗质量,降低医疗纠纷风险,值得在医院危急值通知场景中应用。Intelligent voice technology was used to construct an intelligent voice outgoing call system to improve the time and efficiency of critical value notification in outpatient laboratory examination.Relying on the connection between the intelligent voice outgoing call system and the hospital information system and the laboratory information system,the closed loop management of the notification of laboratory critical value in outpatient was realized.After the application of the system,the notification process of laboratory critical value of outpatient was standardized,the average notification time was reduced from two minutes to 30 seconds per case,and the overall notification completion rate reached 81.57%.The system can reduce the workload of critical value notification for medical staff,save hospital labor costs,and improve notification efficiency.At the same time,through the system data transmission,it can also effectively avoid information transmission errors,improve the quality of outpatient care,reduce the risk of medical disputes.It’s worthy to apply in the hospital critical value notification scenario.
