摘  要:露天矿山开采具有多设备协同工作、统一协调运行等特点,不同设备制造商都有各自的设备接口和协议,这些不同的接口和协议之间不能互联互通,使得系统集成增加了不必要的环节,带来了通信可靠性降低、数据质量低、稳定性差等问题,为了保障系统运行和正常使用,往往需要增加更多的人力和时间成本。基于此,对露天煤矿机电设备的数据接口方式进行了分析并指出存在的问题,对几种典型的工业以太网信息技术进行了比较分析,认为EtherNet/IP协议接口技术具备先进性和可实施性;应结合露天煤矿对大数据量、高带宽应用及场景越来越高的需求实际,以《智能化矿山数据融合共享规范》为依托,进一步开展基于EtherNet/IP协议的煤炭设备统一接口通信协议标准的研究,为提高厂商间设备的互操作性提供行业标准方案。Open-pit mining has the characteristics of multi-equipment collaborative work,unified and coordinated operation,and different equipment manufacturers have their own equipment interfaces and protocols that cannot be interconnected,adding unnecessary links to system integration and bringing problems such as reduced communication reliability,low data quality,and poor stability.In order to ensure system operation and normal use,more manpower and time costs are often required.On the basis,the data interface mode of electromechanical equipment in open-pit coal mine was analyzed and the existing problems were pointed out.Several typical industrial Ethernet information technologies were compared and analyzed,the results showed that EtherNet/IP protocol interface technology is progressiveness and implementable;based on the increasing demand for large data volume,high bandwidth applications and scenarios in open-pit coal mines,and with the support of the Intelligent Mine Data Fusion and Sharing Specification,further research should be conducted on the unified interface communication protocol standard for coal equipment based on EtherNet/IP,which would provide industry standard solutions to improve the interoperability of equipment between manufacturers,so as to enhance the automation,digitization,information,and intelligent level of the entire open-pit coal mine.
