摘　　要：根据台州市重污染行业污染防治设施过程监控的相关要求,以某医药化工企业为例,结合企业的废水、废气产生及处理情况,在全面踏勘现场的基础上,尊重企业的废水和废气处理工艺流程,科学、合理、个性化地进行过程监控布点方案设计,主要为安装流量计、DO计、pH计、污泥浓度计、ORP计、电信号等设备,确保可以全面监测企业的污染防治设施过程,并联网接入市级大数据平台,有助于企业及监管部门及时发现、定位和处理污染防治设施过程中的问题,并为其他企业设计相关布点方案提供参考,以提升污染防治效果和管理水平,提升环境保护能力,促进人与环境和谐共生的生态化可持续道路发展,并可带来显著的生态效益、社会效益和经济效益。According to the relevant requirements of process monitoring of pollution prevention and control facilities in heavy pollution industries in Taizhou City,take a pharmaceutical and chemical enterprise as an example,combined with the production and treatment of wastewater and waste gas of the enterprise,on the basis of a comprehensive site survey,respect the enterprise's waste water and waste gas treatment process,scientific,reasonable and personalized process monitoring and distribution scheme design,mainly for the installation of fl ow meter,DO meter,pH meter,sludge concentration meter,ORP meter,electrical signal and other equipment,ensure comprehensive monitoring of the process of pollution prevention facilities,and connected to the municipal big data platform,it can help enterprises and regulatory authorities to timely identify,locate and deal with the problems in the process of pollution prevention and control facilities,and provide reference for other enterprises to design the relevant distribution scheme,to improve the effect of pollution prevention and control and the management level,to improve our environmental protection capacity,promote the ecological and sustainable road development of the harmonious coexistence between man and the environment,it can bring significant ecological benefits,social and economic benefits.
