摘　　要：污染源普查质量控制是第二次全国污染源普查工作的重要组成部分,是整个普查工作的生命线。明确质量控制内容、方法、操作和要求,树立质量意识,确保普查人员规范执行质量控制方法,能够实现质量控制目标。通过有效的质量控制措施,可以确保各级普查机构普查质量的差错率在标准范围内,从而为第二次全国污染源普查工作提供质量保障。The quality control of pollution source census is an important component of the second national pollution source census and the lifeline of the entire census work.Clarify the content,methods,operations,and requirements of quality control,establish quality awareness,ensure that census personnel implement quality control methods in a standardized manner,and achieve quality control objectives.Through effective quality control measures,ensure that the error rate of census quality at all levels of census institutions is within the standard range,and provide quality assurance for the second national pollution source census work.
