摘 要:采用混凝剂Al_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)·18H_(2)O处理大红染料废水,通过改变药剂的投加量、搅拌转速、废水浓度及p H值等,探索其对废水色度的去除效果及最佳工艺创新。实验结果表明:混凝剂Al_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)·18H_(2)O在处理大红染料废水时表现出较好的脱色性能,当混凝剂投药量为0.12 g时,脱色效果最好,为93.10%;当搅拌速度为350 r/min,搅拌时间为2 min时,废水脱色率效果最佳,为95.65%;当废水p H值为7.0时,废水脱色效果最好,为97.50%;当废水为酸性或者碱性时,脱色效果较差。当印染废水浓度为0.80 g/L时,脱色效果最佳,为92.73%。Coagulant Al_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)·18H_(2)O was used to treat scarlet dye wastewater.The removal effect of coagulant AL2(SO4)3·18H_(2)O on wastewater chroma and the best technological innovation were explored by changing the dosage,stirring speed,wastewater concentration and pH value.The experimental results showed that coagulant Al_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)·18H_(2)O showed good decolorization performance in the treatment of scarlet dye wastewater.When the dosage of coagulant was 0.12 g,the decolorization effect was the best,it is 93.10%.When the stirring speed was 350 r/min,the decolorization rate of wastewater was the best for 2 min,which was 95.65%.When the pH value of wastewater is 7.0,the decolorization effect of wastewater is the best,it is 97.50%.When the wastewater is acidic or alkaline,the decolorization effect is poor.When the concentration of printing and dyeing wastewater is 0.80 g/L,the decolorization rate is the best,it is 92.73%.
