摘　　要：随着社会经济的快速发展,人民群众的环境保护意识也在不断增强,可持续发展理念更加深入人心,国家对环境保护也高度重视。环境监测是环境管理的技术支撑,广泛开展环境监测已逐步成为生态环境管理部门的重要任务。环境监测质量管理是环境监测工作的基础,只有通过实施多样化的策略来改善环境监测质量,保证监测数据的代表性、准确性、精密性、可比性及完整性,并全面实施环境监测方案,向生态环境部门提供精准的环境信息,使其能够实时掌握环境质量状况,设计出科学的改进策略,才能推进环境质量的持续改善。With the rapid development of the social economy,the people’s awareness of environmental protection has been continuously enhanced,and the concept of sustainable development has become more deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,the country attaches unprecedented importance to environmental protection.Environmental monitoring is the technical support of environmental management,and theextensive development of environmental monitoring has gradually become an important task of the ecological and environmental management department.Environmental monitoring quality management is the basis of environmental monitoring work.Only by implementing diversified strategies can we improve the quality of environmental monitoring,ensure the representativeness,accuracy,precision,compareability and integrity of monitoring data,fully implement the environmental monitoring plan,provide accurate environmental information to the ecological environment department,and grasp the quality status of the environment in real time,designed scientific improvement strategies can promote the continuous improvement of environmental quality.
