回转窑焚烧炉的废气污染影响分析及治理措施

摘　　要：固体废物的焚烧是实现减量化的有效手段之一,但是会产生焚烧废气问题。本文以福建省某制糖企业为例,该企业配套建设了规模为50 t/d的回转窑焚烧炉,用于处置企业内部的固体废物和危险废物。针对该制糖企业废气污染源特征及影响预测进行分析,提出对应的焚烧炉废气污染控制措施,为项目的废气环保设计提供了科学依据,也为同类型企业废物焚烧尾气净化系统的建设提供了依据。The incineration of solid waste is one of the effective means to achieve the reduction,but it will accompany the problem of incineration waste gas.In this paper,a sugar enterprise in Fujian province as an example,the supporting construction of 50t/d rotary kiln incinerator disposal enterprises internal solid waste and hazardous waste,analysis of the sugar enterprise,put forward the corresponding incinerator waste gas pollution control measures,provide scientific basis for the environmental protection design of the project,also provide a basis for the construction of waste incineration exhaust gas purification system of the same type of enterprises.
