摘 要:本文采用枯草芽孢杆菌、硝化细菌以及光合细菌作为实验材料,探究其在单一与复合应用等不同条件下,对于鱼塘养殖污水的净化作用。实验结果证明,枯草芽孢杆菌、硝化细菌以及光合细菌在单一应用的情况下,对鱼塘养殖污水的COD、总磷及氨氮都具有净化作用,枯草芽孢杆菌、硝化细菌以及光合细菌同时应用对COD与总磷的净化效果更好,去除率分别达到95.6%与65.7%,单独应用硝化细菌对于氨氮的去除效果较好,去除率达到42.9%。In this paper,bacillus subtilis,nitrifying bacteria and photosynthetic bacteria were used as test materials to explore their purification effects on fish pond aquaculture sewage under different conditions such as single and composite applications.The experimental results show that bacillus subtilis,nitrifying bacteria and photosynthetic bacteria have purification effects on COD,total phosphorus and ammonia nitrogen in fish pond aquaculture sewage under a single application,and the simultaneous application of bacillus subtilis,nitrifying bacteria and photosynthetic bacteria has a better purification effect on COD and total phosphorus,reaching 95.6%and 65.7%,and nitrifying bacteria alone has a better removal effect on ammonia nitrogen,reaching 42.9%.
