摘　　要：为了改善当下城市水环境现状,促进城市经济和水环境保护之间的和谐,相关部门必须要加强水环境监察执法,借助合理的执法手段,监督并约束某些人或某些企业的不良生产行为,防止水环境继续遭到严重的破坏。基于此,本文重点围绕如何提高水环境监察执法效能的措施进行了详细分析,以供参考。In order to improve the current situation of urban water environment and promote the coordinated development of urban economy and water environment,it is necessary to strengthen the water environment supervision and law enforcement,supervise and restrain the bad production behavior of some people or some enterprises with the help of reasonable law enforcement means,so as to prevent serious damage to the water environment.Based on this,this paper focuses on how to improve the efficiency of water environment supervision and law enforcement measures for a detailed analysis,for reference.
