废线路板树脂粉末的无害化处理与资源化利用研究

摘　　要：废线路板作为电器电子垃圾的关键组成部分,经过处理后主要产生废线路板树脂粉末。为了应对这种粉末造成的环境影响,其无害化处理与资源化利用显得尤为关键,这也是实现环境保护的核心步骤。本文详细探讨了废线路板树脂粉末的来源和产量,并对其当前的处理与资源化技术进行了评述,特别强调利用废线路板树脂粉末制备脂塑复合材料的技术机理和方法,并结合这些研究,对废线路板树脂粉末资源化利用的未来趋势进行了深入地分析。As a key part of electrical and electronic waste,waste circuit board mainly produces waste circuit board resin powder after treatment.In order to cope with the environmental impact of this powder,its harmless treatment and resource utilization are particularly critical,which is also the core step to realize environmental protection.This paper discusses the source and yield of waste circuit board resin powder in detail,and reviews its current treatment and recycling technology.The technical mechanism and method of preparing lipid-plastic composite materials by using waste circuit board resin powder are particularly emphasized.Combined with these studies,this paper also analyzes the future development trend of resource utilization of waste circuit board resin powder.
