社会主义新农村建设中的主要问题及对策研究--以河南省渑池县为例

摘　　要：进入全面建成小康社会的新阶段,城乡收入增长率依然存在很大差距,“三农”问题仍是发展建设的重点。建设社会主义新农村是社会主义现代化进程中的重要任务。新农村的建设不仅能有效增加农民的收入,而且能推动我国农业的快速发展。该文以社会主义新农村建设的理论要求为基础,以河南省渑池县为例,分析社会主义新农村建设中的主要问题,并提出提高科技创新水平,推动整体协调发展,贯彻绿色发展理念,扩大对外开放格局,保障发展成果共享的方式完善新农村发展路径,开创新农村经济发展新格局。As we enter the new stage of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,there is still a wide gap between urban and rural income growth rates,and the"agriculture,rural areas,and farmers"issues remain the focus of development and construction.The construction of new socialist countryside is an important task in the process of socialist modernization.The construction of new rural areas can not only effectively increase the income of farmers,but also promote the rapid development of China's agriculture.Based on the theoretical requirements of the construction of new socialist countryside,this paper takes Mianchi County of Henan Province as an example to analyze the main problems in the construction of new socialist countryside,and puts forward the ways to improve the level of scientific and technological innovation,promote the coordinated development as a whole,carry out the concept of green development,expand the pattern of opening up to the outside world,and guarantee the sharing of the fruits of development to perfect the path of the development of the new countryside,so as to open up a new pattern for the development of the new countryside economy.
