摘　　要：为推动云南花椒产业转型升级,本研究通过文献检索、查阅官方报道、统计年鉴和实地调研的方法,分析了2015—2023年云南花椒产业发展的现状、面临的困境和发展优势,从政策制定、科学研究、提升品质和打造品牌等角度提出了花椒产业转型发展的路径。In order to promote the transformation and upgrading of the pepper industry in Yunnan,this study analyzes the current situation,difficulties and development advantages of the pepper industry in Yunnan from 2015 to 2023 by means of literature search,official reports,statistical yearbooks,and field research.The development path for the transformation and upgrading of the pepper industry in Yunnan is proposed,which is from the perspectives of policy formulation,scientific research,quality improvement,and brand building.
