着力草业扩面增量保障畜牧业高质量发展

摘　　要：习近平总书记多次强调,推动国家粮食安全工作需要践行大食物观、构建多元化食物供给体系,这对推动畜牧业高质量发展具有深远影响。在粮食安全战略背景下,牧草产业在草食畜牧业高质量发展中扮演关键角色,能在有效提高农业资源使用效率、提升畜牧业生产效率和畜产品质量安全性的同时,减少排放、改善生态和土壤生态环境。但是,我国牧草产业发展基础薄弱,目前仍面临思想观念有待转变、品种培育滞后、机械配套不合理、技术应用水平参差不齐、综合效益有待提升等挑战。为了从根本上解决粮食安全问题,建议对其重新定位,要算“加法”,更要算“减法”。及时转变思维模式,增强创新理念,减少饲料粮消耗,助推牧草产业快速发展,从而保障我国粮食安全。General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly emphasized that adopting all-encompassing approach to food and developing diversified food supply chain are essential to promoting national food security.These actions have a far-reaching impact on fostering the high-quality growth of livestock industry.In the context of the food security strategy,the pasture industry plays a key role in the high-quality development of grass-fed animal husbandry.This can effectively improve the efficiency of agricultural resource utilization,enhance livestock productivity,product quality and safety,reduce emissions,and improve the ecological and soil ecological environment.However,the development foundation of China’s pasture industry is inadequate and still faces challenges including people’s perceptions to be changed,delayed variety cultivation,unjustified mechanical support,uneven level of technological application and comprehensive benefits to be improved.In order to fundamentally addressing food security issues,this paper suggested to reposition the pasture industry,not only calculate“addition”but also“subtraction”.Timely shift in perspective,raise awareness of innovative ideas,reduce feed grain consumption,and promote the rapid development of pasture industry thus guarantee China’s food security.
