摘 要:针对当前广东省水稻机插秧发展缓慢,机插率提升遇到瓶颈的问题,指出除了土地碎片化、经营小型化、服务分散化等问题外,其根本原因还是常规化播种框架和运行结构整体成秧率不高,且成苗不均匀问题比较突出,再者过度依靠人工,导致育秧成本高而且效率低,育秧环节已成为广东水稻全程机械化提升的短板。本文通过对育插秧环节的成本以及生产效率的综合分析,发现育秧设备的经济性及简易性需求尤显重要,结合广东实际,特别是丘陵山区的特点,提出了中小型育秧中心配置运营方案并对其运营效益进行了分析,证明其适用性。In response to the slow development of rice machine transplanting in Guangdong Province and the bottleneck in increasing the rate of machine transplanting,it is pointed out that in addition to land fragmentation,miniaturization of management,and decentralization of services,the root cause is still the low efficiency of the conventional seeding framework and operation structure as a whole,and the problem of uneven seedling formation is prominent.Furthermore,excessive reliance on manual labor has led to high and low seedling raising costs and efficiency,The seedling cultivation process has become a weakness in the full mechanization improvement of our province.Through a comprehensive analysis of the cost and production efficiency of seedling cultivation and transplanting,this article finds that the economic and simplicity requirements of seedling cultivation equipment are particularly important.Based on the actual situation in Guangdong,especially the characteristics of hilly and mountainous areas,a configuration and operation plan for small and medium-sized seedling cultivation centers is proposed,and its operational benefits are analyzed to prove its applicability.
