摘　　要：为了解我国卓越绩效评价标准的整体情况,通过中国标准化协会网站(http://www.china-cas.org/)标准查询栏目检索,共得到19项卓越绩效评价标准。本文对这些进行系统梳理,给出了标准级别、适用范围、主要特点,标准发布机构等,并将标准分为通用、适用于特定行业、中小企业、班组及其他组织5类进行简要分析,给出了各类标准中的典型标准,为卓越绩效模式的研究和应用提供参考。In order to understand the overall situation of China’s standards for performance excellence evaluation,the paper has searched the standard query column on the website of China Association for Standardization(http://www.china-cas.org/)for a total of 19 performance excellence evaluation standards.This paper systematically sorts out these standards,and delineates the standards level,application scope,main features,standard issuing bodies,etc.The standards are divided into five categories,which are general,or suitable for specific industry,small and medium-sized enterprises,team and other organizations.The typical standard of each category is given,providing a reference for the research and application of performance excellence model.
