摘　　要：卓越绩效评价标准对卓越绩效模式的研究和应用具有重要意义。本文对T/CAQ 10115-2021《卓越绩效准则》进行解读,分析了GB/T 19580-2012发布以来美国波多里奇国家质量奖评价准则和欧洲质量管理基金会EFQM修订情况,介绍了增加的术语和定义,详细分析了评价要求,与GB/T 19580-2012进行了比对分析,指出了主要差异。The evaluation standard of excellence performance is of great significance to the research and application of excellence performance model.This paper interprets T/CAQ 10115-2021,Criteria for performance excellence,analyzes the revision of the evaluation criteria of the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award and EFQM Model of the European Foundation for Quality Management since the release of GB/T 19580-2012,delineates additional terms and definitions,analyzes evaluation requirements in detail,and points out the main differences compared with GB/T 19580-2012.
