摘　　要：随着互联网技术的不断发展和普及,网络交易方式更新迭代日益频繁,网络交易规模也显示出强劲的增长势头。如何快速适应市场变化,提高网络交易监管效能、打造健康网络交易环境仍将是市场监管内容的重要组成部分。本文主要针对各类平台网络交易现状进行分析,归纳网络交易问题的成因,从法律法规、人才建设、协作监管、平台主体责任等多个角度探索监管对策。With the continuous development and popularization of internet technology,online transactions have been updated and iterated more and more frequently,and the scale of online transactions has also shown strong signs of growth.How to quickly adapt to market changes,improve the effectiveness of network trading supervision,and create a healthy network trading environment will remain an important part of market supervision.This paper mainly analyzes the status quo of online transactions on various platforms,summarizes the causes of online transactions,and explores regulatory measures from various perspectives,such as laws and regulations,human resources construction,collaborative supervision,and the responsibility of platforms.
