关于共同富裕标准化体系建设的研究——基于浙江省高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区的探索实践

摘　　要：构建共同富裕标准化体系,形成共同富裕改革创新实践与标准化互动的路径机制,是助力浙江省高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区的必然要求。本文基于浙江省高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区的探索实践,重点分析了共同富裕标准化体系国内外发展现状、问题和趋势,提出了共同富裕标准化体系框架,并从共同富裕标准化工作机制建立、创新成果标准转化、强化标准实施应用、技术标准创新基地建设、标准化技术基础夯实等方面提出推动共同富裕标准化体系建设路径。Building a standardization system for common prosperity and forming the path and mechanism for the interaction between reform,innovation,and standardization of common prosperity is an inevitable requirement to assist Zhejiang province in high-quality development and construction of a demonstration zone for common prosperity.This paper is based on the exploration and practice of high-quality development and construction of the demonstration zone for common prosperity in Zhejiang province.It focuses on analyzing the current development status,problems,and trends of the standardization system for common prosperity at home and abroad.It proposes a framework for the standardization system for common prosperity,and discusses the paths to promote the construction of a standardization system for common prosperity through the establishment of the standardization work mechanism for common prosperity,the application of innovative achievement in standards,the strengthening of standards implementation and application,the construction of technical standards innovation centers,and consolidating the foundation of standardization technology.
