摘　　要：较高的社会阶层流动性是经济增长与共同富裕目标实现的基本前提。识别住房财富、教育对社会阶层分层的影响,探讨促进社会阶层流动的政策取向与路径,是坚持以人民为中心的发展思想、促进经济高质量发展的题中应有之义。从住房金融化视角,剖析经济资本对住房财富、教育投入的影响及其对社会阶层流动的作用:1998年房改以来经济资本作用下的住房金融化拉大了居民家庭住房财富分化,家庭教育投入差距相应扩大,阻滞了我国社会阶层流动。增强社会阶层流动性,需要从制度供给角度,坚持“房住不炒”,摒弃土地财政与房地产路径依赖,完善房地产相关税种设计,打击教育资本化。Higher social class mobility is the basic premise for achieving the goal of economic growth and common prosperity.Identifying the impact of housing wealth and education on social class stratification,and exploring the policy orientation and path of promoting social class mobility,is the proper meaning of adhering to the people-centered development concept and promoting high-quality economic development.From the perspective of housing Financialization,this paper analyzes the impact of economic capital on housing wealth and education investment and its role on class mobility:since the housing reform in 1998,the Financialization of housing under the role of economic capital has widened the differentiation of household housing wealth,and the gap between family education investment has expanded accordingly,blocking the flow of social classes in China.To enhance the mobility of China's social classes,it is necessary to adhere to the principle of"housing and not speculation"from the perspective of institutional supply,abandon the dependence on land and real estate paths,improve the design of real estate-related taxcategories and crack down on education capitalization.
