摘　　要：建立用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定蒙乃尔(Monel)合金中Al、B、Co、Cr、Fe、Mn、Ti、Mg、Si、W、Sn、Ca、Mo、V 14种元素含量的分析方法。称取0.1000 g样品,置于聚四氟乙烯烧杯中,先加入10 mL反王水,再加入1 mL磷酸和10 mL质量浓度为30%的酒石酸,进行电热板消解,在优化的仪器工作条件下对基体匹配的混合标准工作溶液进行测定。结果表明,以钇元素作为内标,14种元素在一定质量浓度范围内与光谱强度具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均不小于0.9993,检出限为0.0009%~0.0054%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.51%~4.28%(n=8),样品加标回收率为95.0%~110.0%。该方法适用于蒙乃尔合金中多种元素的测定。An analytical method was established for the determination of Al,B,Co,Cr,Fe,Mn,Ti,Mg,Si,W,Sn,Ca,Mo and V in Monel alloy by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-OES).0.1000 g of the sample was weighed and placed in a polytetrafluoroethylene beaker,and 10 mL of aquaregia was added.Then,1 mL of phosphoric acid and 10 mL of a 30%mass concentration of tartaric acid were added,and the solution was heated on an electric hot plate for digestion.Under optimized instrumental working conditions,the matrix-matched mixed standard working solution was measured.The results showed that with yttrium as the internal standard,14 elements had a good linear relationship with the spectral intensity in a certain mass concentration range,the correlation coefficient was not less than 0.9993,the detection limits were 0.0009%-0.0054%,the relative standard deviations of the measurement results were 0.51%-4.28%(n=8),and the recovery rates of sample spike were95.0%-110.0%.This method is suitable for the determination of multiple elements in Monel alloys.
