计算机Kinect辅助烹饪训练系统设计基本思路研究

摘　　要：Kinect传感器是由微软开发的Xbox 360主机接口设备,通过Kinect传感器不需要手握或脚踏控制器,只需使用语音指令或手势便可控制连接的主机系统。计算机Kinect烹饪训练系统通过持续不间断地学习烹饪技巧,能使用虚拟食材进行烹饪训练,并能追溯受训者的错误步骤,自动调整修正错误。本系统通过Kinect传感器的辅助系统侦测受训者训练过程中的每一个操作步骤,并以虚拟对象选用功能、自我训练功能及回顾错误步骤功能来降低用户发生错误的机会。Kinect sensor is an Xbox 360 console interface device developed by Microsoft.The Kinect sensor does not require a hand or foot controller,which only requires voice commands or gestures to control the connected host system.The Kinect cooking training system uses virtual ingredients for cooking training through continuous and uninterrupted learning of cooking techniques,and can automatically adjust and correct errors by tracing the steps of the trainees.This system uses Kinect sensors as an auxiliary system to detect every operational step during the training process of trainees,and reduces the chances of making mistakes for the users through virtual object selection,self training and error step review functions.
