摘　　要：基于dSPACE和Matlab/Simulink平台进行8AT变速器控制器(TCU)的硬件在环仿真试验。多次试验结果表明:该TCU硬件在环系统能够很好地模拟变速器的真实运行工况,使TCU开发阶段快速高效地检测控制器软硬件缺陷问题,以便减少实车测试阶段的Bug数量,降低TCU开发成本,加快研发进度。In this paper,The main control board of Permanent magnet synchronous automatic transmission controller hardware in the loop simulation test on dSPACE and Matlab/Simulink platform is completed.Many experiments results show that the TCU hardware in the loop transmission system can well simulate the real operation condition,the TCU development of fast and efficient detection controller hardware and software defects,reduce the number of bugs commissioning test phase,reduce the TCU development costs,speed up the development progress.
