摘　　要：情感主义的治理逻辑能够弥补制度主义、技术主义的治理逻辑带来的制度和效率至上、人本位思想旁落的缺憾,是对创新基层社会治理体系的回应。研究通过农村实地调研,对乡村广播情感治理的历史逻辑、社会逻辑、政治逻辑、经济逻辑进行分析与解释,发现当前重新活跃在乡村地区的乡村广播在特定的社会历史阶段,具有独特的情感表达形式和节奏,能充分调动乡村社会的情感力量,深化乡村社会的互动关系,柔化治理结构的“刚硬”形象,提升村民对治理权力的认同,能促进协商交换,达成互惠互利,为经济增长提供良好的社会环境。但由于情感的个体化、精细化的特性,以及乡村社会媒介格局的剧烈变革,情感治理也将面临情感的“异化”与对情感的过分倚重等挑战。The governance logic of emotionalism can make up for the shortcomings of institutional and technological governance logic,which leads to the supremacy of efficiency and the neglect of human centered thinking.It is a response to the innovation of grassroots social governance system.Through field research in rural areas,this study analyzes and explains the historical logic,social logic,political logic,and economic logic of emotional governance in rural broadcasting was found that rural broadcasting,which is currently active again in rural areas,has unique forms and rhythms of emotional expression at specific social and historical stages,and can fully mobilize the emotional power of rural society,deepening the interactive relationship in rural society,softening the rigid image of governance structure,enhancing villagers’recognition of governance power.It can promote negotiation and exchange,achieve mutual benefit and provide a good social environment for economic growth.However,due to the individualization and refinement of emotions,as well as the drastic changes in the pattern of rural social media,emotional governance will also face challenges such as emotional alienation and excessive reliance on emotions.
