多层仓库空间布局与流线设计——以轻纺数字物流港为例

摘　　要：对于规模较大的物流园区,多层仓库的空间布局与流线设计对土地利用率、物流仓储效率等具有重要意义。以轻纺数字物流港项目为例,结合项目用地情况进行分析研究,从垂直运输方式、平面组合形式与流线方向3个方面提出多层仓库空间布局与流线设计方法。针对流线方向,进一步结合图形测算,从游线长度、可通达性、可识别度、道路顺畅度、仓库使用面积、装卸空间效率、道路交通面积7个方面展开分析,提出设计引导。For large-scale logistics parks,space layout and streamline design of multi-storey warehouses are of great significance to land utilization and logistics storage efficiency.Taking Textile Digital Logistics Port as an example,the project land use is analyzed and studied,the space layout and streamline design method of multi-storey warehouse is put forward from three aspects:vertical transport mode,plane combination form and streamline direction.In view of streamline direction,further combined with graph calculation,it is analyzed from seven aspects:length of travel line,accessibility,recognition,road smoothness,warehouse area,loading and unloading space efficiency,and road traffic area,so as to put forward design guidance.
