摘　　要：开封城市文化景观营造是以《园冶》“借景”为核心的传统造园手法的现代应用,以开封古城为例,以“精在体宜”为设计宗旨,以“保护为先,明旨立意”为基本原则,提出城市文化景观营造策略,为各地城市文化传播与景观营造提供参考。Taking the ancient city of Kaifeng as an example,with the design tenet of"skillful at grasping benefits of land"and the basic principle of"protection first,clear purpose",the urban cultural landscape construction strategy is proposed,which provides reference for urban cultural dissemination and landscape construction in various places.
