摘　　要：历史遗留的类型包罗万象,包括传统村落、历史古迹、工业遗留和非遗传承等多种类型。分析工业遗留对现代城市社区开发和使用人群体验的价值,解析近代工业遗留保护利用的意义及不足,思考相应的改造经验。以肇庆市石牌里新华印刷厂原址为研究对象,探寻肇庆市工业遗留的更新策略和对周边社区营造的意义。There are various types of historical heritage,including traditional villages,historical sites,industrial heritage,and intangible cultural heritage inheritance.Analyze the value of industrial heritage in the development and user experience of modern urban communities,analyze the significance and shortcomings of protection and utilization of modern industrial heritage,and reflect on corresponding transformation experiences.Taking the original site of Xinhua Printing Factory in Shipaili,Zhaoqing City as the research object,exploring the renewal strategies of industrial heritage in Zhaoqing City and their significance for the construction of surrounding communities.
