摘　　要：以荆州市荆北片区为例,基于水乡园林城市构建角度,介绍城市发展现状,阐述城市规划构思,从用地规划、道路系统、绿地系统、景观系统、特色空间系统方面提出规划设计策略。Taking Jingbei Area in Jingzhou City as an example,based on the construction of garden city in water town,the current situation of urban development is introduced,the urban planning concept is expounded,and on this basis,the planning and design strategies are proposed from aspects of land use planning,road system,green space system,landscape system and characteristic space system.
