产城融合背景下的园区空间组织研究——以苏南某国家级高新区为例

摘　　要：总结国际产业园区空间组织经验,以苏南某国家级高新区为例,提出四大策略:探索“产业自身-产业空间-全域空间”的协同反馈机制;处理好“建设、非建设”空间共生,营造高品质全域环境;理好“产、城”空间关系,形成可生长、有弹性的空间格局;明确产业空间组织逻辑,形成有机的职能分工与空间组织。Summarizing the experience of spatial organization of international industrial parks,taking a national high-tech zone in southern Jiangsu as an example,four strategies are proposed:exploe the collaborative feedback mechanism of"industry itself-industrial space-global space";deal with the symbiosis of"construction and non-construction"space to create a high-quality global environment;sort out the spatial relationship between"industry and city"to form a growable and flexible spatial pattern;clarify the logic of industrial spatial organization,and form an organic functional division of labor and spatial organization.
