摘  要:为了满足域控制器各芯片散热需求及散热器轻量化设计要求,依据烟囱效应,设计了一种自然对流散热方案。通过单因素控制变量法,探究了翅片厚度、翅片间距、翅片高度和烟囱高度对散热性能的影响及其规律。结果表明:散热器中引入烟囱效应可以显著提升翅片进风口处的气流速度,从而改善自然散热效果。同时还可以减少散热器的质量,降低材料成本。在此基础上,采用中心复合设计方法构建响应面进行多目标优化设计,得到烟囱式散热器最优参数。To meet the heat dissipation performance needs of the domain controller chips and the lightweight design requirements of the heat sink simultaneously,a natural convection heat dissi-pation scheme was designed based on the chimney effect.The influence of fin thickness,fin spac-ing,fin height and chimney height on heat dissipation performance was explored based on univariate variable method.The results show that the airflow velocity at the fin air inlet can be significantly el-evated by the introduction of chimney effect,which result in the improvement of the natural heat dis-sipation effect.At the same time,the quality of the radiator and material cost can be reduced.Fur-thermore,the central composite design method was used to construct the response surface for multi-objective optimization design,and the optimal parameter of chimney heat sink was obtained.
