摘　　要：目的通过对广东省人民医院中医科恶性肿瘤患者中药处方的调查和分析,总结用药特点及规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法调取并筛选2022年1~10月中医科门诊579张诊断为恶性肿瘤的中药饮片处方,回顾性分析处方中涉及患者性别、年龄、癌症类型以及使用频率前25味中药用量情况。结果恶性肿瘤好发于50~69岁的人群,共317例(占比54.75%),其患者人数女性高于男性(占比69.08%),肿瘤类别以乳腺癌、肺癌、结直肠癌居多(总占比68.39%),使用频率最高的中药为补虚药、利水药、理气药和化痰药。结论中医治疗恶性肿瘤以扶正为主、祛邪为辅,通过调节机体各方面生理机能、提高机体免疫功能,以增强机体的抗癌能力。Objective Through the investigation and analysis of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for malignant tumor patients in the department of traditional Chinese medicine of Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital,the characteristics and rules of drug use were summarized,so as to provide reference for rational drug use in clinic.Methods 579 TCM decoction pieces prescriptions diagnosed as malignant tumors were collected and screened from the department of traditional Chinese medicine outpatient from January to October 2022.The dosage of top 25 TCM prescriptions involving patients'gender,age,cancer type and frequency of use were retrospectively analyzed.Results There were 317 cases(54.75%)of malignant tumors in 50 to 69 years old people,and the number of female patients was higher than that of male patients(69.08%).The tumors were mainly breast cancer, lung cancer and colorectal cancer( 68.39%). The most frequently used Chinese medicines were tonifying deficiency, improving water, regulating qi and reducing phlegm. Conclusion In the treatment of malignant tumor, the traditional Chinese medicine mainly focuses on strengthening the right and eliminating the evil. By regulating the physiological function of the body and improving the immune function of the body, the anti-cancer ability of the body can be enhanced.
